Please contact us for pricing and availability. Our Residential Rough In Service covers all code-compliant electrical wiring, outlets and boxes. This price also assumes two ceiling lights or fixtures in the kitchen and one ceiling light or fixture in the bedrooms. This is a two phase estimate, with rough in and finishing. We will review your electrical drawings and quote any additional outlets, devices, or fixtures. Client provides fixtures and appliances. We will supply outlets, wires, boxes, and outlet trim as part of our price. *Standard deposit of 30% applies **We will request, at our discretion, for prepayment of materials if the cost exceeds the standard deposit of 30%.
